Wadi Rum is best known for its landscapes, unique shapes, with a myriad of colours that change throughout the day as the sun moves through the sky. Because of the soft sand through the valleys, 4WD’s are required to access the best parts of the Protected Area. Each vehicle has been modified to have seating on the rear tray to allow guests and visitors to the region to have panoramic views of the area as they travel through it. As the area has grown in popularity these offerings have been refined and guests now have the opportunity to have a highlight packed tours with numerous great photo opportunities.

There are two main itineraries to explore Wadi Rum; the popular Red Desert tour which incorporates the main tourist sites that you may have read about in your research, the second is the white desert tour where you explore the changing landscapes of Wadi Rum and enjoy the isolation of the desert.

Majority of our guests choose our standard Red Desert Tour. It incorporates the major attractions of Wadi Rum, we also offer a White Desert Tour which visits more isolated areas of the Protected Area however it is less focused on visiting specific sites and instead travels through the varied landscapes of Wadi Rum to give you a better overall understanding of the natural beauty of the Protected Area.
